At AstroBoost, we stand behind our services. If we cannot fulfill your order as specified, you are entitled to a full refund. Our goal is your complete satisfaction.
2. Refund Request Timeline
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement for pending orders, or within 24 hours of discovering an issue for in-progress orders. Late requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
3. Partial Refunds
For orders that have been partially completed, partial refunds may be issued proportional to the uncompleted portion of the service. The exact amount will be determined by our support team.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Provide your Order ID and reason for the refund
- Our team will review your request within 24 hours
- If approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
5. Refund Methods
Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. In some cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative, especially for cryptocurrency payments.
6. Disputes
